What is with all the Cesil hate?

By comparison, Cesil posting one shot of her in a Hollister shirt (a Hollister shirt for ***'s sake! Mainstream!) generated hundreds of requests to ban her. We try very hard to run a site without double standards and apply the rules fairly to each of our users. But it's very difficult to do that when our users can't even be internally consistent in their demands. I really think that it may be time to have a big rules page that you have to agree to when you sign up/first time you log in after it's implemented. A terms of service.
