I've been on for about 5 years now. I know it's not a thing with Ritalin, but that's when it started. It really irritates me. Some fruit is okay like strawberries.

I was watching "How it's made" it's mostly just filler from meat that butcher shops/houses don't use. mainly anything on a cow or pig that wouldn't be sold off the chop.
