Considering you gotta go through the DNAS i'm assuming you play on PS2. Try restarting your PS2, that usually cleans out any data that may have been in the memory interfering you from logging on. I remember this happened after my friend was using his game shark and it refused to let me log on. (DNAS thought I was loading cheats for an online game and the cheat data was in the memory lol)
