I already heard and saw that thread about people having credit card issues and when changing billing info POL *** up, freaks out and bans their account until things get straighten out. Problem is POL fails at managing information and keeping things straightened out so they constantly have false-ban issues.

Thank god SE is dropping them like a rock for FF14. Hell I'd jump over to 14 immediately just for the sake of not having to deal with POL anymore.
