Aaand again. If you're one of the 12 jurors at least you're guaranteeing a hung jury, but you cannot state this as fact because it is an assumption. Evidence was pretty solid on the Juice, too.

Clinton didn't even go on trial. FBI decided, for political purposes only, to not prosecute her.

Only if you assume they're lying. Which is your right. But they clearly stated they felt evidence was not sufficient to take a case to trial and reasonably expect they could argue for a conviction.

Again. You're entitled to say that's *** and assume it was political.

But then you've got to prosecute the FBI too.
Comey practically spelled out the laws she broke, but he also said because there was no intent, he recommended no charges to be filed.

If that's not an excuse for political reasons, then you really need to take your blinders off.

Well, at least Russia doesn't have their hands in Hillary's pocket.

I bet a few months ago when Trump's campaign funds were in the record lows, I bet he sold out to Russia.

What's worse, having Russia in your pocket or most of the Middle East?

I seriously doubt that Trump would get Clinton convicted.

Last thing any person in power would want to do is arrest the opposition right after an election. It would incite a riot and discord more than any terrorist group can do.

She deserves a trial. A large majority of Americans believe she unfairly escaped justice.
A large number of Americans believe some police offers escaped justice as well as O.J., Casey Anthony or even the guy who shot trayvon Martin among others...

Should we all start crying out until they get put behind bars or do we just follow the path the legal system set up to deal with this ***whether we like the outcome of not... Innocent until proven guilty and whether they're actually guilty or not it hasn't proven to be so unless that is we are back in the court of your feels...

Aman you're a broken freaking record spouting the same two things about Hillary over and over and over and yeah over again... Give your feels a rest already man...
You wanna know the difference though? Those people got a trial, and yet Hillary didn't get one. This is why people are so outraged, she committed misconduct as a member of congress, and instead of being punished, they're practically rewarding her. It's not right.
Not all of them got a trial... So no... Also, you have to put together enough evidence and get those in the criminal justice system the ability to act... On this level they're probably far more cautious about bringing charges... She was not a member of congress when she committed the alleged acts so yeah...

Look I had my books and wallet stolen back when I was in school and the police had a witness and video of them using my credit cards and they still decided not to press charges against the group of people that did it... So yeah... That was their decision On how to proceed with that...

You guys have been hyped up to the point that you barely know what you're talking about anymore and the rage flows over you into a ball of shot that you keep throwing at the wall hoping it sticks to Hillary... I know you guys will refuse to give it a rest but yeah... Hell I even wanted her to go down in flames so they had a better chance to beat trump this year lol...

Okay, yes, but here's the thing.

You have to take them at face value or try them also at this point.

I'm not saying you're right or wrong.

I'm talking facts and things you can prove in a court of law.

You feel all the things you're saying to be true, but clearly the people doing the prosecuting did a) not agree or b) colluded otherwise.

If option "B" (again, possible!) then you've got to go further down the rabbit hole.

Evidence has already been provided that she has broken the law.

And last I checked, lack of intent is not a legal defense. Far from it.

The difference between OJ/Anthony/Zimmerman and Clinton is:

OJ/Anthony/Zimmerman all did go on trial and were found not guilty.

Clinton didn't even go on trial. FBI decided, for political purposes only, to not prosecute her.

She was never followed the path of the legal system. All we ask is that she does. If she is exonerated then, then nobody will have a chance to complain about her skirting the law.

She did follow the path of the legal system... I honestly can't believe your being serious here... Part of the legal system is launching an investigation and determining if you have enough evidence to actuall pursue charges... Jesus Christ you guys are ignorant when you really want to be...

Funny that you leave the cops out of it and those are just a few of the examples anyways... It's not the exclusive group of only these people got away with it...

It's also funny to me because you guys are usually the ones that are against the court of public opinion you know those women's always be accusing us guys of raping em and we lose even if we don't go to court it can destroy our lives! Our lives I tells you!!!!

You have no problem convicting Hillary on said court even though the authorities decided not to pursue charges.... It's also funny how the republicans were praising comey up until the point he didn't give them what they wanted then went on to try to crucify him... Lol...

This is just all so ridiculous...

Poor comparison. We don't want the court of public opinion to convict Hillary, we want an actual court to do it. It won't happen, but that doesn't mean that we have to ignore everything Comey said that proved her a liar simply because he didn't recommend charges. It's going to haunt her until November, as well it should.

Then answer this:

Was she brought to trial?

Were OJ Simpson/Casey Anthony/George Zimmerman brought on trial? How about the officers who killed all those people that started the riots all over America, were they brought to trial?

You will see a difference between the two answers above (if you are truthful that is).

Prove to us that she didn't break the law OR that the law that she did break that I provided doesn't apply to her.

It is pretty obvious that Comey didn't file charges solely on political reasons. Stop being a hack for once.

So basically you don't undertake the legal process and instead of actually addressing reality you just try to mock me? Typical response I guess...

Also, it's innocent until proven guilty... I don't have to prove to you that she is not guilty... You're the one that has to prove it and so far authorities have stated there is not enough to to even bring her to trial...

So I guess you can continue to cry into your pillow at night and the like but yeah...

I still don't understand why you guys aren't happy about this as trump has the best shot of winning against Hillary... Lols...
