Obtained from the 2015 anniversary event, requires you to be part of killing one of the behemoths outside the starter towns.

Sadly, you can only get one. Killing a second in a different town results in nothing.

16 Light elemental affinity (meaning it'll trump any other Light-based furnishing). White Jars (http://www.ffxiah.com/item/110/white-jar buy from NPC in Windy Waters) are a good, cheap way to add additional Light elemental power to your moghouse to lock in Moghancement: Bounty if you don't want mannequins.
