So am I...the picture for the "new quest" has a RUN wielding what looks like the new RUN JSE GS....but the PLD next to him is holding an Excalibur and the DRG on the other side is holding a...blue colored Mezraq?! Either I'm reading into this picture too much (In that it's just showing a RUN with his new JSE GS in a party with other players), or there's some strange dickfuckery afoot. Going to be lots of butthurt if this means new weapons for all. lol

Players can check which items are needed to create which weapons by checking with Oboro, who will then craft the requested weapon when the appropriate materials have been traded to him. Note that Oboro will not accept high quality items created through synthesis.
I'm having a feeling outside of RUN and GEO getting a completely new .dat for their JSE weapons/instrument, everyone else is going to be getting rehashed dats of older gear with updated stats on em...just a thought though.

Just be thankful they aren't half assing the selection anymore.
Would you like to continue seeing Iron Sword/Gladius/Ash Staff rehashes or would you like to wear your reforged af/relic and wear a weapon that some jobs were seen with during the 75 cap?
I'm not complaining, at least the weapons/shield shown in the picture LOOK halfway believable for endgame-grade weapons and not making us look like we're gearing up to go fight 2-3

TBH if they go with rehash of old weapons (75 cap syth weapon dats) or if they go with bland looking weapons as you show, doesn't matter to me, just find it odd that they'd make a completely new design (which was shown in original artwork for RUN pre-adoulin release) and not do anything new for other weapon types, even if they went down the one model for the weapon class instead of different one for each job. And if i remember correctly, shield is Seigneur Shield (at least they're using the .dat from it.)

Why did you even attempt to give geomancer anything. This is pretty pathetic. 3 more skill and -5% damage taken will literally do nothing to boost potency or save your luopan.
