yeah Byrth, I like it myself, can use Building Flourish to overcome attack disadvantages on the hard stuff too!

honestly though, if DNC were zerging you'd never get to solo doubel Darkness, probably better off just putting up Climactic as needed and using Building > Rudra's
If Ul spells didnt have massive recasts, Thunderbolt would be the new and most expensive Chainspell Stun in history

EDIT: although PD is obviously a better use of a 2hr there... Yeah, but this 2-hour doesn't benefit from Haste buffs (you'd have to put up Climactic more often and risk wasting Rudra's). You could solo zerg things with this.
I wouldn't bother with Building. If I'm in a big group where I can't skillchain, then where's the BRD and COR to cap my attack for me? Obviously I'll be stuck parsing 30% damage from the mage party of Voidwatch alliances again, but I like to pretend. Bah, really I can only see this third roll being used for P-Watcher IF I'm not forced to reset the sch's 2hour. Otherwise people always want Wild Card for them PDs and Embravas.
Did cor rolls have a hard cap of how many you can potentially have at one time?
BLU 2hr could actually be interesting if they did something about MP costs and recasts. Bloodrake and Thunderbolt spam alone could be pretty nifty.

Idk about cor you could read it 2 ways from that either 3 rolls or the normal 2 rolls but the effect tripled.
So what I gleemed:
WAR ??? MNK: 100% Counter Rate, Enmity Boost WHM: A Veil effect that prevents all status ailments for a duration of time BLM: Effect that makes enmity from spells near 0 (or effectively super low, like Coronach RDM: Duration/Potency boost for enfeebling magic THF: A super Trick Attack type of attack. PLD: A super reprisal effect with boosted shield procs. DRK: TP based Blood Weapon BST: BST version of Spirit Surge that heals status ailments and grants Reraise. BRD: ??? RNG: Distance penalty removed for a set period of time, and 100% Recycle rate. SAM: Completely evade mob WS attacks; WS DMG boost with each successful mob WS evade. NIN: Sharp Parry rate boost; Ninjutsu cast time halved, with 100% Ninja Too Expertise. DRG: Wyvern benediction + Ability Boost BLU: Can use multiple NM spells under effect COR: Can get a 3rd dice Roll PUP: Automaton based 2hr-- WHM Head gets Benediction, RDM head Chainspell, RNG Head Eagle Eye Shot, Tanking Head Invincible, Normal Head Mighty Strikes, BLM Head Manafont DNC: Finish move cost set to 0, and all Flourish recast timers reset. BRD 2hr is a debuff, just unclear wether its a JA that targets or a song.

If they give it a Chainspell effect and reduce MP costs, as well as enhance the potency of these mostly anemic spells, it would be useful in exactly 0.2% of events currently in the game. Thief's perma TA effect is pretty neat imo. The RDM one would be interesting if Embrava didn't exist. Enhanced Enhancing Magic would be kinda fun.

SCH: ??? they already said War is like formless strikes. These 2hrs should be meritable too.
War's new 2hr should just be a JA, seeing how non elemental damage isn't particularly exculsive with Twilight scythe, murasamemaru(?), formless strikes and Requiescat :/
