Poor Polish were so sad on the way home. My subway was full of them and they all looked so sad.

Due to different modes it wasn't even possible to occur at some tournaments.
There is one exception though. 1980 had a group stage and went directly to the final. If one treats that group stage as semi final, there were 2 teams who couldn't win a single game, but also they didn't advance either.

I won't talk about Germany being in the final till tomorrow after the game. Tomorrow the 2 best teams (of what was displayed so far) will face each other.
True Belgium got more stable and shoots a lotof goals, but there are still a lotof weaknesses, like the slow shifting of the whole team. Only the first 4 actually hurry when attacking, the rest is slow.
