Project Spoony Bard is officially released!
So I am sure I'm doing something silly, but I tried to load spoonybard ingame and got the message. "Failed to find GetInterfaceVersion." Any ideas?
This pretty damn awesome. I'm gonna have to mess with this soon...

The error is because Spoonybard isn't a windower plugin, it's a XI-Util Plugin, and trying to run it as a windower plugin will give that error as it doesn't have the proper format that a windower plugin .dll will have

Also: I found what music I'm going to use for about half of my 2-hours :>
Thanks Wulf, as I said, something silly lol.
Anyone else think of using this for doom?

I'd show how but I'm stuck at work posting on a phone that's about to die. I believe if you put your desired BGW file number in the circled box before converting then Ximc can do it for you. :P It actually worked for me without doing this, but I haven't used it enough to encounter complications yet. XI-Util loads normaly here if I'm not on FFXI, but if I try to load it with the game open it gives me an error (executed something illegal) and doesn't open.. any idea on what's wrong?

Run it in compatability mode. sorry, i'm really dumb when it comes to computers, what is compatibility mode? i'm using windows XP if that helps
sorry, just checked your topic and it had instructions.. problem is, no menu comes up when i right click the XI-util icon >< i have service pack 2, think it's related? i noticed your instructions mentioned service pack 3..

Follow this guide for vista and 7. Quote: give field zones new themes (day or night). Give any buff or debuff its own theme (Like using 2hrs or knowing when your doomed to have cursna spammed on you). And even give NMs their own battle theme to make the fights more exciting. simply brilliant! my jaw dropped when I read this :O I'm so going to try it! thanks! I was actually more happy that there is a hold and volume function but I tried both and nothing happened....
first tried '//vanatunes volume -127' 0 127 ... nothing and '//vanatunes hold' I assume would pause or stop the song? but this also did nothing :( Something I'm doing wrong? Check if you have Vanatunes 2.0 when the plugin comes up. //vanatunes Hold does keep the song in place even when engaging a mob or doing a CS. Its one of the key peices to make spoony bard work. It should say in the plugin console Vanatunes: Hold is ON if you used the command. I see now. Aureus didnt fix this when he overhauled the core of the plugin. Soo at this time this doesnt work. Ill talk to Aureus about fixing this. I can't wait til I learn how to use this better. Going to make Fanatic's Drink have Invincibility Star music so that I finally don't forget to re-apply it in Voidwatch.
What about for those of us unlucky enough to have steam versions?
