If you have Pokemon Bank, you can get all 3 fully evolved starters with Hidden Abilities on 2/27.

I have Serperior and Emboar but Samurott isn't working. That Emboar is pretty badass BTW.

It has been announced that the Johto Starters are to be distributed this year with their Hidden Abilities. From February 27th 2015 to November 30th 2015, if you access Pokémon Bank, you will receive Meganium, Typhlosion and Feraligatr with their Hidden Abilities of Leaf Guard, Flash Fire and Sheer Force respectively. These are distributed through the Pokémon Link feature into Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire.

No, the male/female ratio will be the same for breeding as if you found it in the wild.

I.E.: Smootchum will always be female. Tyrouge will always be male. but Chikorita will always hatch 87.5% male and 12.5% female.

This is a good guide to breeding.

Genesect is banned from nearly all online tournaments, but if you are going to randomly challenge people, odds are they will have a few mythical with them.

Genesect is banned from nearly all online tournaments, but if you are going to randomly challenge people, odds are they will have a few mythical with them.

Genesect is lv 100 and fully trained. I can see why he's banned, his stats are pretty crazy but I really thing Techno Blast should've been bug or steel type so he'd get STAB with it one way or another.

Nope I do believe its in one of the bottom tiers as Articuno is well.... crap. It depends on what tier you are fighting as to if legendary pokemon are banned though with the official battle spot its anything goes but the main tournaments they do ban some legendary pokes but that's mainly the op ones.
