Ok so here's the story...

In Abyssea-Altepa fighting Rani, I asked a good friend of mine to brew it for me. He decided to come and brew for me x2 if i give him earring. Well long story short brew didn't manage to kill it and it raged. So i shouted in PJ for a brewer and offered to pay. I got a /tell from Rasibian that offered to brew it for a payment. He asked can he lot earring I said no it belongs to my friend, but I'll offer you gil. He said ok. I asked how much? he said 600k. So we made a deal everything cool. This guy kill it for us and earring drops. Everyone in my alliance all happy to get KI and kill. I tell my friend to lot he lots it and at the last 3-4 seconds Rasibian lots it and it drops to him.

Stuff like this makes the game not fun. And tbh I feel really bad for him mt friend. I hope GM jails that bish for ninjaring and breaking both my agreement and alliance agreement with him.

You can call this a player warning if you want to. I just wanted to put this out there b/c it was really *** up.

Should have looked at my WoE leech list, he's on it. Sorry about the earring :/.

Good tip for next time is to make sure everyone else passes first before you lot or to simply QM your friend (even if it's in pool if you qm and then he lots on it, drops to him).

2) Remove any and all "Hired Hands" from alliance once payment is made.

I understand that the feeling of triumph can get in the way, but it's always wise to keep your head on straight, and make sure everyone passes by the 4min mark, or else start kicking them from PT.

Off topic but can we end this myth. It develops a phys damage taken down over time. It does build resist to spells like any other NM. It does start casting aga IV's instead of aga III's after 50%.
However, I have seen Rani help by ls's zombieing it or just not dpsing enough over stygian sphere's healing for hours+. Heck I've even seen people on stone rotation to put it down.

I might be nitpicking but I hear people say this term about this NM (and other NMs) all the time. Rage is an entirely different story and it causes people, who normally could take down a NM easily, to panic over time and do stupid things :/ Sorry for the derail

I'm curious as to why this thread gets such sympathetic replies when others are trolled from the get go.

Well b/c people understand that this is an NM that is recommended to be brewed. So people understand how this can happen. Yes we were all happy but we should've paid attention to that jackass.

He didn't say anything stupid, that's why. Most people that QQ about stuff are just angry for something stupid they did and begin calling everyone douchebags and ***. This was a simple, legit player warning. Sure he could've avoid the issue with examples above, but not everyone is paranoid as *** towards every player in XI.

If people are shouting for Rani and saying they going to brew it for easy win, why try it w/o a brew? Do you level up using normal exp camps or abyssea? Why? Easier. I'm sure it can be killed without brew, but what is the point? To say you did it without a brew? Congratulations.

So, SE gives me a chance to use brews for 200k each and im not suppose to use it? Hell, most people at this point have millions of cruor just laying around. Might as well use it.
