Let's focus on jobs that need to be buffed. Content difficulty is rising quickly. Nerfing jobs isn't the right way to go about this.

This is something I don't understand. Wouldn't people rather see more strategies become viable rather than taking away the limited number that currently are?

Please provide documentation to that, as well as understand that 30k in 10 seconds really is not that much.

I'd rather they focus on buffing jobs than nerfing anything for no reason. Why crap on some players just so others don't feel crappy instead of making them both happy?
Not a single job needs the nerfbat, having multiple viable strategies works well and all of them can clear most if not all the content well enough and at a pretty good pace. Some jobs, basically every melee but Blu and Sam, need to be brought up a bit depending on the job (War and Drk needs to be brought up a lot more than a bit).

Only job that is majorly out of balance is BST and it is obvious because people are just replacing almost all strategies with it.

I'd agree except adjusting BST would just put us in a previous state where 2-handed DDs still need something to help them out.
