That is about perfect Fractal. I use Terebullum Mantle & Kyujutsugi in my build.
Yeah, can use Terebellum over Lutian if you're good on acc. I would have to check TP return to see if Kyu effects x-hit build, but I'm still trying for +5sTP on my Seiryu's so I can have a 3hit ><

Relic barrages have really been annoying me lately, the hate ends up problematic even if I wait a couple minutes on a new mob before using it.
Do people here barrage in -50 enmity sets(is this even enough to avoid hate cap)? Do you swap out your annihilator for a different gun to use barrage and the following WS? Do you just suck it up and let the mob run around a bit if you relic proc?
Curious on what the hardcore RNGs have to say about this.

I barrage in full barrage+ and dmg gear, and watch the mob carefully, if it makes a motion towards me, i immediately run to the tank

This. If you get a relic proc, chances are it will turn... there's nothing really you can do. Just turn away and run to the tank. Sometimes you can get a relic proc w/o pulling hate, which is always nice... I don't go out of m way to use -enmity in barrage set fwiw.
As for the above set: I'd only use Iuitl hands especially for preshot. Arcadian Bracers +1 instead. Nahtirah Trousers over Arcadian Braccae +1. Arcadian Socks +1 over Orion Socks +1 unless you need acc, and grab an Elanid Belt rather than Scout's.
Personally I don't bother with Hurlbat. I use Atoyac (OaT + WSD+) and Aphotic (Path A) offhand if I'm /NIN.
edit: Also use a Leafkin Shield. Hidden effect: Win all the parses

Forgot to add to this post that Moepapa Ring is better than Stormsoul and probably better than Garuda Ring +1 but haven't put it through the spreadsheet.

Swap out the iuitl, use for pre-shot only.
Couple options: Seiryu hands with stp/crit augs, sigyn's bazubands
You can also swap out clearview for Tripudio earring which has stp+6
I wouldn't use Sigyn's with bow. You get more from path B Manibozho Gloves if you're using archery. Even Buremte Gloves have more accuracy than Sigyn's for a bow user.

A rule of thumb I use is barrage when double shot wears 0ff. That way you still have berserk, you arnt losing dps from ja delay for double shot, and you've stacked hate on tank for 90 secs already. I always coronach > barrage > last stand for light and never pull hate relic proc or not.

You're correct, Manibohzo are a good option as well if you can afford it. The augmented seiryus like I mentioned have racc, stp and crit which are good too.

Is your first set a 3/4 recycle proc 4 hit build? I use something similar, but only recently upgraded my Arcadian body to +1... was gonna give it a try and see how I like it. So it's 42TP/15WS for STP to 2/4 now?

Yeah, it's a 3/4, My skote's have only 4 STP so using sigyn/chlamys instead.
I will switch over to Seiryu's when I get 5stp or http://www.ffxiah.com/item/28447/sweordfaetels-1
Edit; wonder if ws'ing in 20stp will let me work around not having +5 stp on kotes
Ahh okay... I was wondering why you were using Chlamy/Sigyn's over Lutian/S.Kotes.. which is pretty much what I'm gonna be using since my S. Kotes has STP5/Crit2 on them.

Is augmented Ajjub bow (racc +15 OaT) viable on any 119 content or should I stick with Bocluamni +2 for things like AAs and Delve1. OaT sounds like fun but I realize the skill difference would be a huge handicap.(mainly worried about r.acc)

I wouldn't bother. I'd go with Oat and Crit rate+ if anything, but it would only be good for stuff like 110 and below
