INT+4 Magic Accuracy +2
Magic Accuracy+3 MP while Healing+3
most HMP on a head you can get and 4 int 5 magic ACC helps cut down on resists.
and no i don't have a blm af2 hat lol

Not so. If you want to spam sidewinder @ 100% on hard mobs (which is kinda silly anyway) I guess so. But as pointed out earlier it's easy to get a mess load of Racc for Rng, even on WS pieces. Go with the 6 Str if you already a well geared rng since the only other place your getting that is SCNM orc hat, wyvren helm +1, or maat's cap.
Now I will say, if you already have one of those, and your set on getting this new hat for rng, maybe get the WSacc hat for situations where acc is a real problem (byakko perhaps).

if you missing at higher lvls on RNG then something is wrong with you sorry to say because you get so much ranged acc from your gear, if you one of the pl that still uses AF body thats +10 ranged acc sbow is from what 5-25 acc then your job traits, your arrows add acc as well, neckpieces gives from 5 to 10 racc i mean its damn near hard to miss at higher lvls outside of HNM/Gods/Jailers

lol i am better at some of my other jobs and i was forced to play rng (wind thrower) for about 7 months. Rng got old after that ann i am to damn broke these days
They are all somewhat ugly, but just remember: the O hat is uglier!! So for people who wear the O hat for acc, r.acc, or eva, you could theoretically put the same sorts of augments on this and it still wouldn't be quite as ugly as your O hat. Still ugly, but one step up from the ugliest!
<.< I don't think the Mnk headpiece is that bad tbh... There are MUCH worse imo... The Sallets (Voyager Sallet) and Optical Hat (as Liela stated) are both prime examples.
Voyager Sallet is sexy looks like a black Ace's Helm and cant go wrong with that O.hat is just pointy!

Still think 10acc 15wsacc 2str would be wicked on thf for dancing edge... at least till I get heca+1 or maats... could pretty much scrap ever peice of other acc gear off and still have acc on par with my tp gear during dancing edge is nothing to laugh at.

Take off 5 for Rajas and ya need 11.
Use Usukane Sune-Ate and you're down to 4.
Brutal gives another +1 to take ya to 3.
Use a White Tathlum and a Chiv chain or Ecphoria Ring and you have a 5-hit build.

I wonder if we will be able to get the new head peices as fast and easy as the acp body.. i rather them just give us the head for the 10$ we paid instead of makin us run around doing boring shiz.

i think the head pieces wont be as easy as ACP body pieces were to get.
I would simply get the WS acc+15 for not only my RNG can gain huge benefits from it, but my COR too for meripos.
RNG being my main job its always nice to have a mixture of equipment for every situation :D

After much debating, I'm going the snapshot and racc +10 ratk +5 route my RNG. Can always macro in something else for WS.

Most of the augments are WS friendly as nothing in existance comes quite close to combined power of what is offered on the table.
I would only go with the snapshot/racc/ratk combo if you acknowledge you will never get the Quadav barbut SCNM piece.

And by "never" you mean until the point in time he can redo the final battle?
Heh that's always an option, but if ACP was a pain in the ***, I can only imagine what this one will be like, so unless you got some awesome friends, I can imagine it will be a pain in the *** to find a group willing to re-do the final battle for him.

i just say a piece with "ACC +10 Att +5 Haste +3% and snapshot"...now i was gonna get "str +4 WS acc +15 and acc +10 att +5"..but after seeing the one with haste i thought i could full time in that over turban..im getting it for mnk just wanted to see which one you all would get...the ws acc set up would obviously be for my AF build.
uhhh just did the boss yesterday... everybody got drawn in and blown to hell in 2 aoe bombs from the boss... fail
Yeah, get the acc+10/atk+5, str+4/ws acc+15 augs for Monk. Can then use other slots for str if you're landing every hit on Asuran.
