I use imgur for mine and I've never had them deleted. Just set your pics to "not publically available"; that way they can only be seen via direct links.
If you want somewhere where you're allowed to publically display them, Tumblr is fine with it so long as you turn on the 18+ switch in your blog settings.

There's mine. Obvious upgrades: mobo, ram, cooling, cpu, gpu.

I'd also get different monitors. It's really not terriblly expensive.

Edit: also I'd prob get a gold rated psu too. I was cheap and plan on upgrading all my less-than-satisfactory parts soon
