Dengeki PlayStation this week features a questionnaire with 107 game developers, including the director of Dragon’s Dogma, producer of its Dark Arisen expansion, and the producer of the Sengoku Basara series.

Here’s what they had to say:

  • Dragon’s Dogma director Hideaki Itsuno: “We’ve got several games in the pipeline right now. One of them is even in the last stages right now. We should be able to announce it soon.”

  • Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen producer Minaeu Matsukawa: “We’re working really hard to get ready for people to learn about what we have coming up in 2015 and get them excited to play those games.”

  • Sengoku Basara series producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi: “2015 will mark the 10th anniversary of the Sengoku Basara franchise. You can expect a lot of exciting announcements and developments in light of the occasion.”

  • It might be worth noting that Dragon’s Dogma Online was trademarked last week, and there was an interesting news post at the game’s official site last week (which was since removed).

Can't sleep, I'm all restless and want to do something. But it is 0230 and I'm at work and then my medical emergencies final in the morning. My brain just won't stop.

I tried doing pull ups on the coat rack, but I'm too tall and only managed to smack my knee into the wall before even getting in 6.

Why do people like watching other people play games? I have no freaking clue why..

I have friends constantly ask me to watch them play WoW or FFXIV, I keep telling them I would rather play a game then watch someone else play.
This is from the last page but I thought I'd say something, sometimes people can be curious about a game and it can be a window into the game itself, for anyone who is subscribed to Retsupurae on youtube will be aware of Slowbeef, I watched his Dark Souls let's play and found myself intrigued enough to buy it myself and I'm now very much a fan, it basically allowed me to see what the game was like and I was able to deduce I would enjoy it.

Similarly I've watched people play horror games that I find interesting because I'm a big scaredy cat and can't play horror games myself.

Oh another random thing, I just was thinking about the order in which Dragon Ball characters died for the first time, I included major characters only who have been involved in battles at some point in the series and I got:

Krillin - Killed by Tambourine.
Master Roshi - Died using the evil containment wave.
Chaitzou - Killed by King Piccolo.
Goku - Killed by Piccolo while restraining Raditz.
Yamcha - Killed by Saibaman.
Tien - Died from injuries and exhaustion against Nappa.
Piccolo - Killed by Nappa protecting Gohan.
Vegeta - Killed by Freeza.
Future Trunks - Killed by Cell
Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Yajirobe - Killed by Kid Buu destroying the Earth.

Did I get anything wrong or miss anyone?
