Really hoping they don't do this. Even if the duration is kind of meh (line it up with max Slow duration preferably if it's low) it would be nice to have a full potency haste to play with. The Qutrub move might be full potency as well (everyone else will have Hastega, why the hell not?), but if it's expensive I'd pass on it for soloing.
Edit again, the wiki page for Cimicine says only slow, whereas the Gnat page says it has haste too.
If it does have the haste, it'll just over write the other spells.

I faught a Lizard earlier today and its Fireball move is the exact same animation as the one in the vid, don't take my word on it though, go fight a lizard and judge for yourself.
