Interesting.. As the only JA that even comes close to Libra (as used in FF13) is BST's Gauge.. If there's anything I've learned about FF13, it's that it's the bridge between FFXI and FFXIV..
That ability/spell in FF13 for those who haven't touched it, is it tells you detailed information about an enemy.. It's weaknesses/strengths.
BST's Guage, tells you how likely you are to charm any certain mob (although that ***isn't even worth paying attention to, unless you just run across a new mob and want to know if it even IS charmable)
But that's about as close as it gets.

maybe Tonko: San gives sneak+invis in one spell (which is the only way i can even see being an upgrade to tonko anyways lol.)

I do believe that is AOE haste for BLU... but with WHM/SCH accession gives WHM the same ability now.
But still sweet as hell :O

I do hope that plenilune embrace would be similar in power as when gnoles use it. its ridiculous.
