I don't really care or mind about the private servers or people playing on them, but I think it's the right action to move against the streams that promote it over the actual game if someone searches the game category on Twitch
Twitch should just have a separate category for FFXI retail vs Horizon like they have a separate category for Just Chatting vs Pools, Beaches, and Hot tubs

People on horizons make it very clear that the one rule for private servers is: You cannot profit off a private server of SE goes after you.

It might perhaps be easier for them to ping Twitch than it is to fully mobilize legal to go after the various private servers. having said that, them breaking out the lawyers and playing hardball may be on the... horizon.

Costing FFXI isn't as easy when much of the same staff for it also have other duties/projects that they work on. It is in "maintenance" mode after all.
