best thing for elemental is solo a Alluvion yorica pop a kirin (sash i belive) and have it solo the what-not for first 2 floors youll be fine (youll need 1000 obs to call kirin) thats what i did to get fire

Other people have already addressed this, but for Dynamis you should be /DNC and, if you're farming for currency, ideally you should not be BLU. For a wide variety of solo stuff like solo Skirmish or Salvage, blue mage is the best or among the best jobs. For Dynamis, where the goal is farming currency, BLU is not ideal. You should be doing Dyna on THF or DNC to maximize your drops. BLU will be capped around 450-500 currency per two hours. THF or DNC will be able to hit 600-700 singles during that same time.
