New Shadowlord Fight~ Drops Marrows

I remember after last campaign campaign i worked to earn my medal of altana to be ready to partake those fights... But that campaign campaign never happened again!

I wonder if there is some other reward for medal of altana aside access to those battlefield. The medal is something similar to others expansions ranking, and all of them was related to the highest value item in game (nation ranks to have access to relic weapons, mercenary ranks to have access to mythics, coalition ranks to have access to ergons), so kinda disapointing the reward for medal of altana, considering that medal takes as long much longer than mercenary rank to cap, just behind coalition ranks. The correct order would be to make empy weapons just available with medal of altana, but no.

I don't understand why everything has to be the same as the thing before it. That's pretty terrible game design, and the main reason why Tanaka got booted.

If you grinded for something that was essentially pointless in your own eyes, that's on you.

Its ffxiah points. So it is worth to grind.

Also, its game content. I just dont get how people can play the game never completing content, like addon scenarios, missions, etc.

Extra reward for a long time goal is always good, but i did it for completion sake, i never said "pointless". That "pointless" it was you who said, dont toss that trash on me.

that being said there a HP crystal right before the Throne room (S) zone now so thats great

So since i cant make topics, anyone else able to get allied ring? windy owns throne room and i have medal of altana but no ring is offerd from Allied Notes taru.... did they change the conditions for it?

If you're not from the nation that currently owns throne room (S), you have to go to that nation and buy it for 22,500 allied notes

i am from that nation and it is owned, but it still is unavilible.

check through all medal ranks from the npc to see if it's available.
Starlight Medal category is what I could think of, but if not then go through all other ranks

we did lose glacier i wonder if that means anything?
