Can't resist:
Spurs can take the Heat, but Lebron can't.
Long story short: The A/C system went out of commission before halftime on Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the San Antonio Spurs (yay!) vs. the Miami Heat (boo!). While it was a close game all around, Lebron had a "cramp" and asked to be removed from the game, which pretty much guaranteed a loss for Miami (even if he stayed, it would have been too close to call, as the Spurs were really "heating" up at that time, pun intended).

If you weren't trying to be a smartass in the final pic this thread would be full of win, but since you're attempting and failing to rustle my jolly green jimmies, it's a win-fail cocktail. Congrats on your average performance, Kingnasty.

Wasn't it established a few years ago that Lebron is a complete primadonna? Remember the entire press conference hullabaloo for his "big reveal"?

That's what it was!
Don't mind me. I'm just sour about how many Rangers are on the DL list this year. Why you trade my Kins for that slug, damn it?!?

Nuts to your Spurs! >:

If I was a fan in that stadium I would have been pissed. 500 bucks to sit at the top of the stadium in this heat? I guess it could be worse, you could be a Thunder fan.

As for the Thunder, for the most part it seems the Thunder can keep up with the Spurs, a game between the two is a good game, we didn't want it bad enough, the Spurs did. So, as the team that took us out and as the champs in my team's division, I say go Spurs.
The Spurs are my #2 team, they are a damn good team. I think they can take the Heat down as long as that bald *** Joey Crawford isn't grudge-officiating against Parker and Duncan. If people know a ref's name and referee number (17), something is wrong.
Wasn't it established a few years ago that Lebron is a complete primadonna? Remember the entire press conference hullabaloo for his "big reveal"? He is, he has his own app. The NBA has an app...NBA teams have apps. An app based upon a single player is just silly to me. I admit he's a good player but the hype and preferential treatment eclipses his talent.

I am rooting for the Spurs because they eliminated my Mavs, if the Spurs win, makes the Mavericks look better since they forced a game 7, the only team to do so thus far.

But 91 degrees is nothing in San Antonio, where the average indoor temperature is 82 degrees with A/C on.
That's summer in South Texas.

I couldn't stand one more comment from Cuban....

How many no-calls have he, you know, not called when he should have? How many bonehead calls did he make when, you know, he shouldn't have?
What was the big call he did against Timmy a while back that made headline news again? I know it was in a regular season about 2 seasons back, but it shows the level of incompetency that man has....

Same. I'm just pickin' on KN. I usually only watch the last quarter of the defining game of the series when it comes to basketball.
I liked the Michigan tweet.
EDIT: I could never, even half-assedly, root for The Heat because of the entire "The Decision" ordeal.
DOUBLE EDIT: And they're basically The Yankees of basketball it seems.

I dunno, refs are only human, I fully expect things to be missed and calls to be wrong...occasionally. But the frequency of his screw ups are no accident IMO. Awhile back he damn near ejected a mop boy, I'm not even sure he has the authority to eject non-NBA staff, which I doubt mop boys are NBA staff.

Ask Flavin about Cuban tinkering with the idea of buying the Cubs. LOL!
It's not going to happen though.

Oh, I remember the call.
Timmy was laughing on the bench and Crawford ejected him with two technicals for laughing on the bench.
Crawford later was suspended for the rest of the year because of that.
