I'm pretty sure it's breaking like 5 different laws, honestly.
Among them being that I thought it was a federal thing - but maybe it's state-to-state - but I know in Pennsylvania you can't dispose of a fridge with its door attached, let alone sealed shut. But really, he should have left it wide open and let the neighborhood animals clean it up for him.
