Is there a list of augments anywhere? I haven't found anything on BG so far, but it's going to be impossible to determine new best-in-slots without it.

Proth's post, gives the sequence for augments per type and rank.

I'd like some input on my TP set if at all possible, i don't have access to Salvage gear at the moment or Reive gear. Main question is on the hat if Nemetona Cap beats out Raider's Bonnet +2 in this TP set:

ItemSet 299411

THF isn't one of my mains but i do like stuff to be geared decently for when i do play the jobs.

Stryger, I don't have the spreadsheet on me right now, but the answer is most likely yes. The STR and attack on Nemetona should easily outweigh the 3% triple attack from Raider's +2, especially since you have multiple triple attack pieces already.

Taruina, ty! I found that post as well, so it's good to know I didn't miss something. It's also good to know that we... really don't know much about the augments right now. It doesn't tell you what HQ or +2 airlixirs do, for example.

Your set gave me 83.498 melee dps, while the set below gave me 97.186 melee dps. Ran it as hume, no food, haste samba from /DNC.

ItemSet 299509

Hope that helps.

EDIT: keep posting on mule's AH sidgjasdoigjoj (taruina)

Np. Thurandaut will beat out your Miodio gloves, keep the assassin's boots +2 if no thaumas, but definitely wear the thurandaut chapeau. Also, my target mobs were the level 100 crickets.

Manibozho Brais will beat Khepri/Thaumas for TP; Thaumas will still be relevant for accuracy sets. The rest of Manibozho has potential, but can't know until we see how the augments end up. DW pair of earrings...we'll have to see how strong the DW is.

Whirlpool Mask, Honed Tathlum, Ej Necklace +1, Hurch'lan Sash, and Tati Earring +1 for accuracy sets.

Nahtirah Trousers for full evasion and hybrid sets.

If using THF in Delve events, I'd recommend to switch out evasion gear for some accuracy in your active inventory. Can't evade worth a damn, even on normal monsters inside Delve.

Thinking this is the most reasonable set, until new gear is actually acquirable. Guess I'll need to do some Kaggens.

ItemSet 297567

Suggestions?

Edit: HQ belt skippable since this is overcapping haste.
Im using Thuran Head since no Khepri, Love Torque and Aifes Ring/Mars to save inventory, Phasmida since I dont have Dynamic+1 still, droped brutal instead of suppa for the ghillie +1, and I dont carry around Athos Boots, rest is the same

Was playing around with Aphotic Kukri last night on T spiders in Ceizak Battlegrounds, no food, and I'm kinda of mixed feelings about whether or not to main hand it. TP hits are considerably higher. But WS damage didn't seem all that greater.

Exenerator seemed to do about 200-400 damage more unstacked. But stacked SA Mercy (95 Mandau) was still owning SA Exenerator (Aphotic Kukri) by a pretty far margin. Didn't see much higher than 2400-2500 Exenerator while stacked. But got upwards to 3200+ Mercy Stroke with a 95 Mandau. Kind of 50/50 atm.

EDIT: Forgot about the WS Damage +25% Mercy Stroke gets from Mandau at 90. Maybe just best as a super offhand for now? I would hate to lose access to Mercy Stroke. ><; Opinions?

EDIT2: Well I guess in situations where I'm not SA/TA'ing a lot, I could just main hand the Aphotic Kukri, like when I'm solo.
But I think in group events, main hand Mandau would be better.

EDIT3: Now another question, as far as offhanding? Mandau mainhand, I'm assuming Aphotic Kukri offhand, but after using Pugiunculus Delay: 200 feels so ick in the offhand.

As well, if I'm main-handing Aphotic Kukri, would it be better to just offhand Mandau? Or keep using Pugiunculus?

God, so many choices, so little time, lol.

EDIT4: Another note on main-handing Aphotic Kukri, I heard from a friend that someone mentioned single-wielding it? Is that worth it if you're going to be solo? Since I would probably need /dnc? (I assume single-wielding it would require /war only?

EDIT5: Actually, if it did happen to become single-wielded even if /dnc, what shield would be best to use? thuellaic ecu, genesis shield, or the old-school tatami shield?

EDIT6: Actually, one more question? If I did end up offhanding it for Mandau, I assume STR path would be best? Would that still be the best path if main-handing it for solo? Since I'm mostly using Exenerator? Or would the AGI/Eva path pull ahead?

EDIT7: Actually, another question for single-wield. If you were /war with Aphotic Kukri, would Fencer, Berserk, Aggressor, and all the other bonuses you get be enough to offset the loss in damage from stacked Mercy Stroke? My gut is saying no, but figured I'd ask just to be safe.

This is an incredibly brief ranking because I'm really tired. For most content (not including Delve),

99Mandau/Aphotic > Mandau99/Pugiun > Mandau95/Aphotic > Aphotic/Pugiun > Aphotic/99Mandau > Aphotic/95Mandau > 95Mandau/Pugiun

This is using the best stacked Exen sets I could think of in 30 seconds and with low buffs (RCB, Haste).

As for single handing, DPS spreadsheet would say..doesn't come close, even when you have 77% haste (although I really didn't try out the shield combos).

Edit: Wow, disregard this post for now, I really screwed up.

Edit2: Okay, fixed >_>

Double posting with augment info and opinions.

For those who haven't read, augments paths for all of Manibo seem to go as follows:

Path Primary Secondary Tertiary
Path A Attack Accuracy STR
Path B Ranged Attack Ranged Accuracy? Better not be DEX
Path C Evasion Accuracy AGI?

For Aphotic Kukri, path B is accuracy/attack?/DEX.

You can always change paths, but your progress will be deleted.

I think it looks something like this for ranks...

Rank (points to hit this rank from previous rank) Primary Secondary Tertiary
1 (30) 8
2 (50) 8 4
3 (80) 9 4
4 (120) 9 5
5 (170) 10 5
6 (220) 10 6 1
7 (280) 11 6 2
8 (340) 11 7 3
9 (410) 12 7 4
10 (480) 12 8 5
11 (560) 13 8 6
12 (650) 13 9 7
13 (750) 14 9 8
14 (860) 14 10 9
15 (980) 15 10 10

5980 points total. On Ragnarok, at 100k per airlixir..you're looking at 100k per 10 points.

Head: Even with max A augments, they aren't best-in-slot for anything. But considering how hard it will probably be to get Whirlwind, it's the best accessible accuracy head, even though it's a secondary trait. Best evasion+hybrid head, even at rank 1. Choosing between A and C will depend on whether you use your THF more for Delve (and possibly future content) or evasion tanking (which is just not possible in Delve). Even though I should go for A, C is such a significant upgrade that it's hard to decide @_@;

Body: Best Exen body if you need accuracy; if not, still best most of the time when capped rank. Possibly uglier than Thurandaut, another tough decision.

Hands: Uh, I think best evasion hands starting at rank 11. And since it's pretty easy to cap haste in hybrid, I think they could easily be fit into that too, until Nahtirah are obtainable. Something like this maybe:

Legs: Amazing for TP and SA Mercy, even without augments. Even at rank 1, better than Thaumas Kecks for TA Mercy (assuming attack not capped of course).

Feet: At rank 1, situationally better than Sigyn's (basically, if not in dDEX sweet spot)--any higher, becomes good and situationally best accuracy set feet. Around rank 10, becomes best TP feet regardless of sweet spot. Around rank 8, becomes best SA Mercy and TA Mercy feet.

Aphotic Kukri: Well..see post above. I put 3 airlixirs into +8 accuracy for now. Do attack if you don't use THF primarily in Delve.

Unfortunately, all this augment stuff makes things pretty complicated. I, for one, do not want to sit down to compare each Manibo rank to alternatives. That said, take the above rank numbers with a grain of salt. I did not look into every possibility for every rank, so they are all approximations.

So what's everyone's tp gear looking like nowadays?

ItemSet 233253

99Mandau/Aphotic when I need mercy and Aphotic/99Twashtar when I'm spamming Evis/Exen.

Pretty hesitant to upgrade the dagger further than Lv2 because they already announced that upping REMs are already under consideration. Besides, they already released a superior dagger, which shows that they aren't hesitate to dwarf it. The legs are Rank8 though. With double minuet/berserk and rcb up, swings can go up to around 240 against delve fodders, which was nice. Not used to that.

Still only hitting around 85% in Delve against fodder mobs though. Manibozho feet are next on the list. Only need to squeeze in another 20acc somewhere... not sure where though. There's feet, then there's also Mars's ring.

dont worry to much about average acc (if you are talking about inside fracture) when ever that message (with the dreadful energy from deep inside the fracture) comes they have a HUGE evasion bonus, like flash on everyone kinda lol. Not aggressor + Hunter 11 + Madrigal + Acc setup + sushi helps there. Thats atleast what its look like. all the wiff wiff wiff those 5-10(?) sec after message will pull your hitrate down probably

The 'dreadful energy' buff only gives them a buff for a very short duration, and the evasion boost only exists in Ceizak. Foret give Ice Spikes and Morimar gives attack boost.

And I don't do Ceizak.

Yeah I just saw it this morning! Good stuff :)

Considering they might be semi-nerfing Delve NMs and Fractures tomorrow, I might actually have time to work on the guide this weekend instead of fighting things all day.

I'm thinking of comparing the new gear at ranks 2, 10, and 15. 2 is only 50 RP, gives a large portion of the stats already, and should be easily accessible to anyone who can actually get the new gear. 10 is halfway in terms of RP and the attribute bonus, and 15 is fully upgraded.

ist the Manibozho beret usefull for any job with STR or RA path? Otherwise it will be an amazing evasion headpiece with path 3 which also brings ALOT of Acc.

I think comparing Rank2/10/15 is a good way to go, but alot of work for you to do :o

Rank10 is about 1/3 of the way. Between Rank11 and Rank12 is 1/2 of the way.

Pretty depressing isn't it.

And I'll do the DW earring testing tomorrow, but it's most likely 7.

You can now equip something as grindy as a relic in every slot!

Also 7 sounds like a good number but you never know what they could have decided to do (Macc set earring is +12 so there isn't really a pattern)

Edit JPWiki reports 7!

OH - I was reading the Rank Cost as a sum instead of an individual jump. ; ; well, rank 10 still seems interesting as it gives you half the attribute bonus.

And yeah, it's kind of hard to motivate myself to update things when we all know it's going to be outdated in June :p

I feel really bad for you Malizia, best of luck and thanks for putting it together. Not to pile on, but based on the current Exenterator set Bladeborn/Steelflash should replace brutal/ghillie if you didn't already have that planned. As for Manibozho and the paths it can take............

I know I need to look at daggers, earrings, head/body/hands/legs/feet, neck, and ammo for Delve content. If you include the boss drops too that expands to waist/back/rings (so... everything I guess).

The hard bit is finding Adoulin monster stats to actually use for the DPS comparisons. The spreadsheet thread on BG suggests Motenten is looking for Adoulin fodder, but hopefully he'll include a NM too.
