New SCH! T_T
So.. I'm new to SCH, and was wondering what kind of sets I should be using. Any help is appreciated ^^, Was thinking of using sets for Helix, Sublimation, Nuke, ENF, Dark, ENH, and curing. Are there any other sets out there? Ty~
You also may want to consider a enmity down nuking set for extended fights
idle/refresh set, -pdt, -mdt, healing magic skill set
Healing magic is going to rock on SCH come the curing formula update. Might want to think about putting healing skill gear in slots that don't help you cap cure pot.

I use this (when i get some of the other gear) for healing. Heka's Kalasiris for cure body. Rubeus for refresh * Some of it is used for refresh
Nukeing Gear, has a mix of stuff i use for different nukes or different times i would need it.

My sets arent prefect beside my Light Art one. I dont take the time to update all my gear set online. But this is a good set for a new SCH.

Oh speaking of sch, does anyone have that super awesome SCH spellcast? I used to have it but my comp crashed and I lost it all D: It would switch to light+addendum if you wanted to cast erase and dark/addendum for dispel. Also if you wanted to nuke/raise and needed addendum, it was super cool :\ Also it would confirm if you wanted accession, but you could turn it off if you decided you didn't want to use it for your next spell. I've been having a craving to level some sch lately D:

Tamas Ring has been obsolete since they released INT+6 Rings, and even before that it was tied with everything else.

They changed the way sublimation works a while back. its not ur HP when u "activate" but ur total HP when the charges "complete" if that makes sense.
Take @Kimoras advice. his SCH is very well geared and very knowledgeable.
elemental skill is obsolete its just an inventory sink at this point.
Fast cast set, enhancing(embrava/phalanx), MAB(nuking), helix set, and maybe a cure set for party situations.
(pdt, idle is just extra, regen5 is just amazzzzing).
Wizzan grip
Stendu + icesoul is easiest to obtain combo. im not sure if that VNM ring is better or not.

It's not necessarily needed but it's useful before fights. With my HP set, I have just more than 2000HP (outside of Abyssea) as a taru. Coupled with Sublimation merits, I get around 500MP from a fully charged sublimation.
Benefits:
- You effectively have 500MP plus whatever your current MP pool is at the beginning of a fight.
- Useful for MP intensive fights when items are used up, and can be a lifesaver especially if you're curing.
Cons:
- Takes up a lot of inventory space.
- With the current events such as Voidwatch, you never really run out of MP; 'useless'.
- Only to be used before a "long" fight. During battle or in between fights, sublimation+ gear should be used.

Best SCH curing set atm, make sure you use haste belt and Veela cape for when weather doesn't align. Under Light Arts, you will be able to hit close enough to the recast cap that you won't be able to cast C4 any faster.
SCH is about consolidating gear, I would give up on the idea of a MDT PDT and HMP set. If you favor obi nuking, you'll want to take as much of them as you can which will probably means you'll have to give up your Sublimation set as well. Otherwise to maintain the most flexibility you'll need

INT Enfeeble

Helix
Dark magic/Drain
Also a Fastcast and a Recast set (more valuable than you can imagine). The 80 slot gear limitation is really a ***.

For the person who said Hyorin obi is greater than oneiros sash for helixes, I would just like to point out that Helixes automatically get the weather bonus regardless of whether or not you are wearing an obi.

Thanks alot guys! :), another few silly questions, so for helix's, should I be using twilight cape for its "Enhance Bonus" effect, and can anyone show me a dark set (are scholar's gown/slacks even good?), and best merits are? ^^ ty again ~
