They clearly, directly, and specifically state they're currently planning on adjusting only abilities where additional merits reduces the recast timer.

My guess about cor...
Fold: some kind of bust prevention effect(like 11).
Snake eye: dunno...all doubleups will be 1 for x time! That would make hitting 11 a certainty.
Anyway I'm pretty sure that Fold merits can be lowered even more.

No TP loss for changing ammo, so can swap out for sange

As for pup:
Ventriloquy will probably have some enmity bonus and RR an improved hp swap efficiency(like the Convert enhancement on Murgleis).
