I'd say so. Only other STR options are Shura, Enkidu's, and augmented dom ops pants that I know of.

I personal use anwig myself, and used Aias and NQ shura before that. Hands down Aug'd +1 shura head is best though.

Ascetic's Fury is a 50/50 STR/VIT mod, Genbu's would beat out anything that doesn't break 15. If i'm missing something let me know.

Honestly, I don't really- I just haven't gotten around to switching it from STR and Accuracy.
