Well I copped out and got the Farsa. Before grind out Bukhis I would like to see some screen shots. From what I have heard it's a huge joke inside of abyssea, and and even bigger on outside. Hearing it be compared to red lotus blade in damage I want info on output damage. I just wanna know if I did make a mistake in getting Fasha over the Gandiva.
I would have done Gandiva, dunno if I'd do Farsha for primal Rend V2 even with the aftermath effect.
Obv with a lv2 aftermath atma of lion and blinding horn I think was taken back in feb, I like the dps of the aftermath but cannot say if it's better than Gandiva since I don't has RNG

But anyway! I haven't seen any specific screenshots other than brews. I can see it doing well stacking magic attack in Abyssea, but I'm not sure. Has anyone tried offhanding a TP bonus axe, or would this be pointless (aside from relying on /nin or /dnc to do it)?

Gandiva is one of the best Empy ws..Cloudspitter is not. It's fairly pathetic as far as damage goes. A guy in my group has one..with Atma's geared only for WS he can do 3~4k and thats only gearing for WS which totally kills his DoT.
That being said not all is lost..it rapes when under Brew.

3~4k is respectable, especially if you're using it on BST (assuming you're not in a situation where you're pet tanking). For WAR, yeah... there's better.
If i can average over 2k I would be happy, because at least If i kill shot It amber light. I can rampage the rest.
Neither axe nor bow was a clear winner when I was picking which to do. I decided bow so I could mess around and shoot flying dragons like ksnm99 wyrm/tiamat. However, I think farsha might actually have higher potential damage as rng is at a huge disadvantage being unable to get haste (i'm not sure what the highest snapshot set is, but I assume its nowhere close to 80%).
Oh yeah its great for Amber'ing stuff!
I still don't feel like a card caring member of the I have and empyrean club.
That sounds like a bummer lol, how much does it do with say SS+RR+Apoc to carry the aftermath for high DoT

Isn't there suppose to be a WS buff including some of the lower Empy WS coming soonish?
I know my buddy with the Farsha wants Cloudspitter to get adjusted.
It's just sad dealing with killing Bukhis(sp?) and then having a weak WS that Rampage your lvl 55 WS shats all over.

But seriously, they should just make Cloudsplitter phsyical based rather than magical. That would probably make it good enough so when you're putting aftermath up it won't be completely lulz-worthy.
Yeah but IYeah but I hear it was only for quested and nyzul isle ws. I havn't hear about any empy yet.

If you're getting it for your war, you're wasting your time. Compared to ranger the bow is far superior. However if you love bst, get the axe. :)

I know that much.. but seeing multiple gear sets and different choices are nice sometimes..

less than primal rend last i recall, though it also offers the double damage, but not like it matters since beastmasters'll be busy using x2 pet -physical axes anywho, making primal rend (or more formerly rampage) more appealing regardless
You'll use 2x PDT axes even when just running around farming weak mobs, dding, etc? I thought you only used them when soloing really hard NM's.
