It doesn't kill pdt builds, this thread was made before the cap was going to be known. 87.5% is still good enough to solo most everything, and gives the option to equip DD atmas to speed up kills too.

oh ok, i didn't actually check the dates lol my bad... ok so this was just a giant overreaction to a "potential gimp"? lol oh ok...that makes a lot more sense... I was goin a lil nuts, thinking how people can think 87 pdt is BAD because its not 100 lol.....ok thx lol
