over 80 playable classes with both male and female for each :<
how can you possibly balance something like that... well... I guess it's not meant to be balanced but a progression. I read that you can only unlock certain classes and they can get to be pretty difficult, so it only makes sense that the ones that are difficult to unlock are going to be more powerful in the end, but might be more difficult to use as well. Looks fun but never been a huge fan of games I can't change the camera angle in
Same, but what makes up for it, for me personally, is the art style. I LOVE that they aren't trying to do 3D, but beautiful high detailed 2D. I love really well done 2D games, with such a passion, that I can forgive the restriction at least for now.
I also hear that it is expected that they will announce the closed beta tomorrow or soon, and that it will be released worldwide all at the same time. Korean MMO... Eeeeeh...

Scarlet Blade was a "titacular" MMO
The only thing I'm aware of that is bad is they tend to be grindy, but in my own opinion that is a good thing.
I would much rather see progression in my future and work towards a goal, even if it will take me ~6 months to reach max level, then be able to reach max level in ~2-7 days and then have nothing to do but dungeons and raiding. It's two different types of progression, and a long grind is a type of progression you just don't get to feel the power of end game for a long while. Although I think people make private servers for 10x exp for those that don't like the grind anyways. Also they have cash shops but so what? You don't have to use them. Does it let people get ahead of others? Sure, unless it's just cosmetic changes. I'd rather be tempted by cash shops than know that I need to buy DLC or "expansions" to play more of the game I bought. I dunno, I've played lots of Korean MMOs and they become boring real fast even if they seem good when you read about them/watch trailers.

Yes grind is good but the amount of grind Korean MMOs will put you through is to the point of complete boredom if not disheartenment. Endgame is also often lackluster once it is achieved as it can be just as, and often, even more of a grind than the leveling was. Cash shops, eh they don't bother me. If people want to pay to win that's their choice. This isn't to say it's impossible for their to be a gem or two out there, but when it comes to MMOs, those of the Korea variety need to be even more carefully considered than any other variation, especially when you're someone who is very caught up in details when it comes to liking or disliking a game and with the more recent let downs from even non-MMOs you can understand why anyone would be weary. Also... I can't sleep. :/
been debating if it's worth it, but I'll have to do some research, trying to avoid the "gaming" misnomer that's used to get more $ for garbage parts.
