Now if only the +2 versions of Empyrean armor and the lvl 85 (possibly lvl 90 during the video capture?) versions of the Empyrean weapons looked as easy to obtain as they are portrayed in the video...

Guessing the last part is the conclusion to the "mission quests" so like clear all 9 zone quests/bosses then some final boss in sea/ celestial nexus or w/e that room is called where u fight cop final boss.

My guess for the dragon on the PS2 version will have significantly lowered textures and number of polygons. A decent comparative visual representation would be something akin to the final boss battle against Cort in Legend of Legaia, perhaps.

I'm going to take a stab at that Epic Dragon and say it's Bahamut and the mission "The Last Verse". Yes, I am probably wrong, but Prishe and a giant dragon in the same place just makes me think it's a lvl 110 version that you can't zerg lol

It's the Heroes of Abyssea trailer - I'm not sure if they'd put a non-abyssea thing into an abyssea trailer.

Besides, we saw a maw at the first scene in sea, I'm 100% sure it's a fourth abyssea zone.

I'm going to call it and say that the dragon is Shinryu, given Shinryu's position as sort of a godly dragon (thus fitting for him being in the Empyreal Paradox), as well as the fact that the dragon in the trailer seemed to have like a serpentine body below his arms (seemed legless, though it's not really easy to see), which is how Shinryu has always been depicted.
