Doesn't prove anything yet Zanno, but congrats. I got 3 crests in 25 minutes last night, then didn't get another for 2 and a half hours after that.
I've stopped for now, might try later tonight but I doubt it :( Friday afternoon for sure I'll try some different zones that no one visits.
I know it doesnt prove anything, besides that the mobs I'm fighting drops them.
Which is nice since I can hit 2 birds with 1 rock this way.
Although, others are here killing my mobs, and refuse to team up because they want the crests lol. I'd be happy to pass on every crest that drops to just get some help with these kills D:

You're in the same boat I am. I was trying to do my trial in Gustav (Which is always empty as ***) killing skeletons and I had to fight against like 15 other people for my trial kills. Hopefully tonight will be better as most of them will probably be gone.

Is that "one per 5 minutes" for all the people on the server at the time or the people in that area??. If it is 1/5min/area at the most 12 are dropping per hour in that area. If you have 75 people in that area that's a suck chance of it dropping your way...

So both times I went to kill Demon elementals I got my first one quick. Like 3rd the first time and 1st the 2nd time. But the 2nd one... well took another hour each time

Yep, and it's a seal which means it is in no way increased by TH.

These people were most likely in an alliance. Any of the pictures I've seen with two in the pool had an alliance set up.

just curious since i havent actually logged in yet since i updated , how many creats do you need to 1.) Get an Orb since they seem to be Seals V3.0 2.) Are the Fights at the same Locations(Balgas Dias , Holaris Peak Ect) and 3.) Lv Minimum for the fight known or are they uncapped (most likely) like KS ?
I know everyone is totally fixated on the G7 aspect of this item , but I have always been a fan of Orb fights and am kinda excited about this BCNM prospect ^.^ i mean the KC is now a BCNM drop so who's to say they didnt add other hard to get items to this new Higher Lv BCNM thingy do-dad .
small edit : on the G7 note , i always seemed to get more seal drops from BST pets as BLM . something to keep in mind.....

besides g7 i think i heard someone said they are used for magian
so they are just quest items , no new BCNM . makes me QQ a little .

they are not used as BCNM orbs....not yet, nor do i think they ever will be... they are used in G7 and used in ToM high dmg path (branched off of empyreal)
They are used for magians. I'm on one now.

Me and two friends joined forces, I got 3 so far, so has my friend, and the third has 1, mainly cause he went afk to pass out.. So far so good, plus we are making the most of it by doing FoV to build tabs, gil and Limit Points, (and for my self) smn magic skills... It's all win win to me as I looking at it as a skill up pty lol
