So it looks like the way to get this ring is by getting control of the Throne room and trade 15k allied notes to sigil npc. Not sure about the rank, but I think it has to be a Medal.
Anyone want to commit to go kick some a** there this week?

I'm inclined to believe this.. This ring is ridiculous (in a good way), and this method of obtaining it is equally ridiculous.
However, you're not gonna see me vesting any time into doing this until it is confirmed through multiple sources.. Because I'd be pissed if I went through all that, only to find out that's not how it's obtained.

You guys are totally right. I don;t see anyone with it yet, but according to a few ppl here that is how... reliable? Maybe not, but it make sense to me.
Btw, when we are going to get the first increase? I am working on my subs atm to be ready for it. This ring along with emperor band should give a nice boost of exp.

level cap stage 1 is introduced in june sometime, date isnt confirmed only month.

Wiki does though, Sandy on fenrir has control of the two next to it but not the throne room ><
according to wiki yes, but anyone can edit there. wiki have stated lots of different things about this ring ever since the update was done.

Beaucedine Glacier(S), Xarcabard(S), Castle Zvahl Bailey(S) and Castle Zvahl Keep(S) under any nation control. It does not matter which nation controls each zone, only that all four are under Allied control. This allows control of the Throne room(s) and lets this gear become acessable along with the shadow lord bcnm(C.ops Fiat Lux)

This is by far the most credible "hypothesis" on how to get this ring. Too bad tha on Leviathan we don't have control this week...

I have personally removed the thing about taisai dropping it, moderators removed that it has 1% of dropping in the final chest in Throne Room (S) bcnm, and this is just 2 examples. there has been more stuff like that out there.
Taisai was an obvious joke, and of course they took out the 1% chance to drop in the final chest of the Throne Room BC, since it hasn't been accessed yet drop rates are impossible to figure out.

But if you were to believe everything that it says on wiki just because its there, 100.000 ppl would be camping taisai. Also that the 1% drop from the bcnm was obviously false as well. There is no proof that this isnt just someone elses idea of having fun, and just because they made up a more likely idea doesnt make it true.
