CoP Static {Do You Need It?}, Starting From 4-2

I'm trying to form a static to get through all of the CoP missions. I only have 2 spaces left. Looking for 75 RDM and someone with at least 50 or 60 BLM. Additional 75 jobs a bonus (RNG, SAM, BLU etc.).

Currently, the rest of the group is in EST. I would like to plan to do shorter missions durring the week and save the longer ones for the weekend (Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon). Ideally, I'd like to get this done in less than 2 months.
