is there a way to add fastcast gear to teleport casting? my FC sets get equipped with everything EXCEPT the teleport/recall spells.
Assuming you're using motes, you can make a set called 'sets.precast.magic' which would use fastcast for any spell cast that's not caught by a more specific rule.
(I think, It's been a while since I've used motelibs but I know thats what most people use)
