Relics & Spreadsheet

I recently finished my Mandau and I was wondering if spreadsheet accounts for the occasional triple dmg on hit, or maybe if there are some values I need to tweak in the setup tab.

Also, second, unrelated question -- Will the WSD+5% from Ternion apply if I use it in the offhand, or is that specific to just WS'ing on Ternion?
