Xinput Greyed Out For Controller

Hello,

I tried setting up my Xbox One bluetooth controller for FFXI. I can assign all buttons except for the triggers. I remember it has to do with the drivers for the 360 which I tried going to https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-ca/d/xbox-360-controller-for-windows but the download doesn't work anymore. I'm pretty sure that is the fix to get Xinput to work for FFXI. Any help?
