Honestly don't think it would even be worth bothering to try to re-educate humans.

Use them for breeding new humans and just educate the babies right way from birth. (if they're in it for the long game) otherwise just eat em. It's easier, like you can train something that isn't willfully ignorant it just wouldn't be worthwhile effort.

You have to start with educated to make re-education possible.

At least the USA's best state of Florida is spared.

Just not during hurricane season.

Humans are an acquired taste.

I highly doubt we have the nutrients needed to sustain a healthy alien lifestyle. At best, we would be cheap fast food.

And have you seen the diseases we carry? More than half of our stock wouldn't be fit for the table.

Unless you are a Vegan. Then you can be considered a vegetable to those aliens.

Hopes: Maybe we could all finally band together and realize we're all humans just trying to live out our lives in peace. Stop being at each others' throats and instead work together for prosperity for all of mankind and a lasting future.

Expectations: More of the exact same thing we've been doing, except maybe Cyberpunk 2077 will be released.

Sure, it sounds "nice" but what you are hoping for is that everyone comes together to make a big pot of stew, but in reality, we are all going to be fighting over who is in charge of the ladle.
