If you rank yourself past 60 then delevel the craft, do you still keep the same rank in the guild? (i.e. you get bonecraft to 68 [Artisan] but decide to level smithing to 100 instead, do you stay Artisan in bonecraft or are you deranked back to Journeyman)

Yes the bonecrafting will de rank and cap at lvl 60.

i know it will delevel, i meant will it derank, artisan crafstman, stuff like that

nope. i had 100 cooking, deleveled for wood, have veteran rank in both craft skill (100 ww now, 60 cook). fishing as well = ).
