Sinister Reign Drops With The Same (bad) Augs.

So, I've been on a quest for a 2nd maxed out Malevolence for my rng, and I've seen it drop 5 times. 4 of those drops have been INT+5 M.Acc+7 FC+2. I've also seen Purgation drop 3 times, all with the same exact augs Dmg+13 Atk+9 Stop+4 WSD+3.


Anyone else seeeing the same thing? I thought it was unfortunate to begin with, but now I am starting to think something is bugged.

Working as intended.

SR doesn't randomize each individual augment, they have a list of potential augment sets. This is why attaining perfect augments is doable. Since there are only so many sets, it's common to see identical augments. It isn't bugged, it's just how it is.

Agreed. It could be argued that rolling the same augs that many times in a row is a statistical anomaly, but without knowing the exact odds of each it's a hard argument to make.

I've actually recorded anomalies in the game that were essentially statistical impossibilities if you're under the assumption that the game has "pure" RNG, but since none of that is provable without looking at the code, all you can really do is /shrug and keep trying.

4 Fotia procs in a row. Talk about anomaly. I've done it.

Over 800 SR runs in 2 years, still no capped malevolence here :(
