Is there an addon for titles? Would it even be possible?

An addon that does what, exactly, with them?
Maybe he means change his in-game title like they do in XIV. Unless he means the ffxiah ones, I don't think those work anymore unless "N/A" is a title.

Hadn't thought about the ability to change without going to a BRD.

So is it possible to have an add-on do it?
Pretty sure your list of titles is kept server-side. Assuming that is true, at the very least you'd have to visit every title npc for the addon to populate a list.
Maybe something that changes it if you're in the zone of a NPC that does it. Similar to some addons like bidder, but I would think it would be a little risky somehow.

1. When needed for a quest.

How about for #2: Titles needed for a Vorseal. Unless vorseals are quests.
I assume you don't need to have a vorseal title active in order to unlock the vorseal in question.

No you don't. You just need to have earned it.
So, is there a method to obtain this information (as there is about missions and quests)?
Can't you pay a traveling bard to change your title? Maybe you can see a full list to choose from at one.
