I play on multiple systems in multiple places, and I get tired of e-mailing myself updates to my luas. Can Windower's location be on a cloud drive, or does it need to be on the C: drive?

You can use drop box, and or maybe Google drive to keep all of that organized.

The one I need to know is a way to copy and paste, in-game macros, from one character to a different character with different content IDs

This is what I do. Have it all in my drop box. Never had an issue.

Meh, won't have to do anything but boot the game with drop box, autoupdated all of the time. No extra steps, except to link the various folders you want synced

Only time I ever had a problem with drop box, was if two different machines had the same file open at the same time, but for this purpose, all you need to do is sync the main folders you want to keep updated, everything inside of them will sync.

Dropbox > Git for this. With Git, you have to remember to commit/push every time either you make changes (Gearswap etc.) or a Windower update happens.
