Come to Shiva, Dippity! A lot of people from Leviathan are here. It's a really nice server and we have our own version of Gandalfwhite. :-D
The server is not as elite as Asura, but I'm training them from the lessons Draylo taught me. He is a severe taskmaster but we got things done and he made me rich. And he's a pretty nice guy when he's not leading an event.
But enough about Draylo and his awesome DW blu. Come to Shiva.

So... Requirements would be:

What days do you hold events on? 3pm EST is a little rough for week/workdays but Sat/Sun would be fine. Also, what time do the events normally end at? Would there be any point to joining if someone could only make it at 4p EST?
