Hmm, interesting, but nowhere does it specify that Russian phone calls are targeted specifically, nor that all such calls are flagged. It says they have data on half a billion calls in 2017, but billions of phone calls are made in the U.S. each day. I can't find specific numbers on how many of those are international calls, but calls from the U.S. to Mexico are quite common with the large immigrant population and data from DHL says that China (which you named) has about a tenth the amount of that traffic, which is still quite a bit. Russia, on the other hand, doesn't get much phone traffic at all in comparison.

Beyond that, if the algorithms were as simple as tracking calls from specific countries, it seems unlikely that the numbers would fluctuate so highly from 2016 to 2017. It seems more likely that they're shotgunning a larger number of criteria and just taking in as much data as they can. If they're targeting Russian calls, they're also targeting a vast amount of communications from other locations too, which really makes the point moot.

So yeah, you're gonna have to get more specific than those links can provide.

I said 702 specifically says all communications will all foreign countries. So, yeah, that obviously includes all calls to Russia. They all get flagged, unless your calling another US citizen in another country. But if your talking to another foreign national, your gonna get flagged.

More info

First bullet point. Its not just every phone call, its every phone call, email, skype message, every single method of communication either going to any foreign country or coming into the US from any foreign country is flagged. Even if its nothing, in which case, it has to be destroyed (bullet point #9) But its picked up by the Feds, for sure. Baba Yaga.

Doesn't the 5th bullet point prove your statement wrong? "There must be a valid, documented foreign intelligence purpose, such as counterterrorism, for each use of this authority. All targeting decisions must be documented in advance.

So if i pick up the phone right now, and call somebody in Canada, how could they have made a decision and have documentation in advance of my first and only phone call? Everything in the list seems to point that they are targeting specific actors for specific reasons. No?

449,000 Californians declined jury duty due to the fact that they weren’t citizens

To get jury duty, you have to be a registered voter.

So at least 449,000 illegal aliens were registered voters.

NYT Power Grid Report Is Treason: Trump
There's no cyberattack on Russia, president argues

Newser

Quote:
... US officials didn't inform the president about the operation in detail, the Times reported, for fear he would let the Russians know of it. That happened in 2017, when Trump told the Russian ambassador and foreign minister classified information, which reportedly put an ISIS source in danger....

They lost their jobs for leaking, which should be standard practice. If you sign something that says you can't leak information but you do it anyway, that's a breach of contract. You have no right to your job after that point.

Polling were high dem turnout models, (worst case scenarios) basically is Blumpf didn't campaign.

Once again media and libs entirely BTFO-ed by their fake and inaccurate polling.

Impeach Blumpf rallies this weekend were a bust. They garnered crowds as high as 50.

Meanwhile there are over 700 events scheduled tomorrow to kick off Trumps re-election campain. And his rally has a requested attendance of over 100000.

2020 is going to be amazing. Glormpf will be *** done every day for the next 500 days.

I wouldn't call winning the popular vote by a mere 3 million a landslide. 12 or 15 million would be loosing in a landslide.

That's like saying your football team had 220 more offensive yards than their opponent so they were better...even though they lost by 24 points. Hillary got her *** handed to her and you can't dispute it.
