Confusing Multi Character Error - Luas Not Loading

Sooooooo, essentially both my characters run through the same Windower profile, like most multi boxers. However, some of my plugins/luas don't load on both characters. Example My Main cannot see Mob HP% but my alt can, TParty shows as loaded on my main but doesn't do ***?
Any ideas? Please help! Thanks :)

All good, went deep into the actual windower settings and resolved.

Care to post the solution? It might help future players with the same issue, plus I'm curious as I don't multi-box... yet.

It was all routed down to an old coding setting in windower, I used to play on a private server, and i never removed the IP address and settings, I grabbed my GFs settings on her windower and pasted over mine and boom, sorted. So ya, was just an old old old setting.
