My initial guess was a lot lower, but after talking with some folks, they are going to make it absurdly high. 5k is my new estimation.
One wave 3 boss (kill) = enough RP for completed weapon
OR
Pay 5000 JP = enough RP for completed weapon
Can do any combination of the two to acquire RP.
They have to make it stupid high to not discourage people from actually doing DynaD
SE is obsessed with the number 10,000. I wouldn't be a bit surprised for them to require 10,000 JPs to skip Dyna D altogether.

Years ago I instantly finished Ukonvasara the second I logged in with my 100+ riftdrosses, which I gathered based on rumors :) So at least back then, they haven't had anything against instantly finishing :D
In Japanese and Chinese counting systems 10k is somewhat akin to k in ours. I'm having a little trouble remembering the proper wording for an explanation so it's much easier to use an example.
Eg. If we represent whatever that measurement is with # then:
100k to us is 10# to them.
1mil is 100#.
They mean the same thing but they simply think of the numbers in a different manner due to the language.

I don't see anything in the post indicating JP costs for upgrades.
IF IT were, I would love it. It would be so easy.
Go bst solo CP some more. I've had Capped JP on bst for long time. I don't think I've capped others though. Only around 200~300 jp on those maybe.
Its alot harder organizing a group to do well in Divergence.

You could try apex bats depending on your gear, just have to be ready to erase attack down. Rudras should do well enough, and adding a geo would be highly recommended for apex. Other than that, reisenjima hippos probably, or frogs in marjami if gear isnt great yet.

Meh if you expect it to be completely *** ridiculous (10,000 job points) then you won't be upset when its JUST ridiculous. (5000 job points)

Then 3 months later everyone will run around with augmented DREAM weapons and /yell "Ambuscade VD team up? augmented DREAM DD can I have it".
Then justify their shout with "but I got 10 tells every time I shout for augmented DREAM DD so why aim for less"
