How would i do a reset on windower 4 while ingame, with out doning it 1 program at a time or loggin everyone off.

To better clarify.
Send relies on the IPC(interprocess communication) within windows. Sometimes the IPC gets mixed up(idk the technical explanation) but basically you have to reboot all instances of windower/ffxi to renew the communication. There unfortunately is no way to effectively refresh it for the current instances of ffxi.
As it is now, this is the only way to resolve communication issues for send. I'm not positive whether the core of this issue lies in windower or windows but I believe it's a bit of both.
