Windower + Ashita Issues

For some reason after i formatted pc a couple of months ago i downloaded the STEAM version i was not able to run windower or AShita it keeps adding a new pol with no users and getting encryption errors so i decided to uninstall steam and download the normal version from official site and still having the same Problems Game is unplayable for me without gearswarp. still getting the same error's after official installation
