Returning Player, 2 Quick Questions

Getting back into game after 3-4 years away. Had two quick questions.
1. What is the most active server for NA players? I heard it was Asura idk if that is ture.
2.What jobs are the meta/most used for endgame now?

Thanks in advance for any info, just figured I would get on here and ask while the game is doing its 5hour install.

Ignore the Assura suggestion. Just because it has high population doesn't mean it's the best server. Depends what your long term aims are to be honest.

Asura is highest population and always shouts.

Jobs worth invites: pretty much all but monk

Seriously: GEO BRD COR WHM SMN SCH PLD RUN gets the most love at the top tier. DDs are pretty standard: DRK WAR SAM THF BLU BLM (CP, events)

But the way the game is now, you could technically get invites on any job. The above are the most shouted for.

Yes, but looking at his profile he doesn't yet have any REMA, and many of the non troll shouts on assura, even CP pt, want you to have rema. So it doesn't matter how "Active" the server is if he won't get accepted for many things. Hence why i said it depends what his long term aims are.

if you are just returning, don't have at least 2 mules, and have no contacts anywhere.. asura is the server you should be on

it's not situational, it's not dependant on aims, it's a simple fact

there is plenty of activity on shiva, i cant say i remember you but can look me up or shout and see who is around.
